Description of the project:

This is a website with global reach. in the first place we plan to launch service in North America and Europe (Germany, England, France, Italy, Spain, Poland – in the first place). The next in Asia (India, China, Japan, South Korea) and South America (Argentina, Brazil), and then depending on developments in other countries and regions. The details and even the profile of service we can talk only after signing confidentiality clause (NDA). The data that we can pass without a confidentiality agreement are:

- Service does not have a an equivalent in the world. is a completely new form.

- The service will be free with paid premium services, and additional, innovative service relationship with the user.

- Has the characteristics of a social networking site but having additional tools trwale user binding with the service, not only for data exchange in the community, but also the tools necessary for carrying out activities in everyday life in the real world.

- Very conservative bills specify the number of users interested in service for more than 5 million, taking into account only as USA, EU. It is estimated that each user will generate annual revenue of at least 30,-PLN (about 5.5 GBP). Thus, the estimated service revenue should amount to at least 150,000,000, – PLN (27.5 million GBP)

- Has a huge space of income – in addition to advertising, which will have a very specific, unimposing space for himself, user services, offers, tools, and brokerage commissions (among others)

- Have a powerful tool by combining with the service for many years

- Has additional development opportunities and a comprehensive offering (for user), very precisely profiled to the specific needs and individual expectations.

The cost of the construction site:

estimated construction cost of service for 1.5 – 3 million zł (about 280,000 – 560,000 GBP) (including the cost of legal services – preparation of regulations and other legal documents, operating between service and the user, the cost of writing code and the cost of the initiation site – with preparation to immediately connect additional servers to the remaining bandwidth service level expected by the user).

Additionally, you must include the costs of promoting the service in selected regions (at least in the U.S. and selected EU countries) – depending on the means timely service obtains the right amount of users, and users pay a premium which will be the primary source of repayment of costs incurred by investors.

Therefore, the greater will be measures to promote the faster it will return on investment.

Duration of the project – we estimate that the employment of 6-8 developers, site designer, a specialist from the analysis of operation of the service, and with partial involvement of partners (at least three must spend all his time to work on the service, without the possibility perform other paid work), we can complete the work structurally at about 6 months. However, it is considered that the innovative idea of ​​service, huge range of anticipated service start, and a very good time (now) to keep this service start date, we believe that it is better to keep the start date, even spending a little more money than save money and prolong the moment of take-off the site. Until now we have developed part of the project in terms of:

principles of functioning of the service, the description of accounts, building relationships between accounts, mechanisms and tools within the site as an offer to the user, the subject of programming, and initially discussed cooperation with appropriate law firm in handling service – consult law firm of the themes, issues a preliminary determination and to establish the rules cooperation). Moreover, in a fairly advanced stage is to acquire the data necessary to optimize work service (contacts with individuals and institutions interested in starting the service, and who are also in the group which the service will offer their services, substantive interview, etc.).

Proposed Business:

team of people, including two authors of the idea, are:

Paul Wolf – author of the idea, development of rules of service, cooperation in the preparation of the site, later working in the service

Pawel Miskiewicz – author of the idea, development of rules of service, cooperation in the preparation of the site, later working in the service

Krzysztof Kowalski – page layout, cooperation in the construction of an engine service, later service support

Michal Sacewicz – construction of the engine, the cooperation in the construction site layout, site support later.

This team keeps 50% stake in the venture (share within these 50% of the above shareholders are – 25% PW, PM – 11%, KK – 7%, MS – 7%). We offer a 50% stake in the project site for the protection of the financial part.

We anticipate that until the return of all financial outlays, the service will first repay investors on the principles discussed in establishing the company.
